At Managebly ("we", "our", or "us"), we believe your business data belongs entirely to you. We provide business management software for salons, spas, gyms, fitness studios, and service businesses. We do not sell your business data, customer lists, appointments, or revenue numbers to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
2. Information We Collect
When you create a Managebly workspace or request a product demo, we collect necessary account information including your name, business name, work email address, telephone number, and business vertical.
Within your tenant workspace, you may store operational data such as customer profiles, appointment schedules, service offerings, inventory records, and staff working hours. This information is processed exclusively to deliver the Managebly platform functionality to your team.
3. Multi-Tenant Architectural Isolation
Managebly is architected with strict multi-tenant boundary controls. All tenant records are compartmentalized using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS). Cross-tenant queries are blocked at the database engine level, ensuring that another business on Managebly cannot view, query, or modify your data.
4. Payments & Financial Security
Subscription billing is handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment partners. Managebly never stores full credit card numbers or sensitive banking PINs on its application servers. All transaction transmissions use modern TLS 1.3 encryption.
5. AI Insights & Data Training Safeguards
Managebly AI features analyze your business records solely to generate localized operational insights (e.g., booking gap detection, customer retention alerts, and inventory forecasts). Your private client records are never used to train public machine learning models or shared with other tenants.
