Managebly Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Managebly's public marketing websites (`managebly.com`), creating a workspace (`app.managebly.com`), or accessing a business tenant portal (`*.managebly.com`), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Business Workspace & Tenant Responsibilities
As a workspace administrator, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your team credentials and for all activities that occur under your business subdomain. You agree to use Managebly strictly for lawful commercial operations in accordance with applicable consumer protection and data privacy laws.
3. Customer Data Ownership
You retain complete, exclusive ownership of all customer profiles, service records, appointment histories, and transactional data stored in your Managebly workspace. Managebly claims zero intellectual property rights over your proprietary customer or operational data.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Managebly offers monthly and annual subscription plans billed in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via your workspace billing portal. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription plan at any time without punitive lock-in.
5. Service Availability & Support
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all core SaaS services. Support is available via email at support@managebly.com during standard business operating hours.
